Solid cafe spot serving coffee, matcha and French toasts. They also got wagyu burger. I got the loaded burger which came with a Hoang piece or wagyu and half of an avocado. They are located across from Prego and next to Claire’s. They got a big parking slot. If you are craving for breakfast, lunch or brunch this spot is for you. It is a cut coffee date spot for dinner as well.

A Perfect Morning Experience
Pleasantly surprised with this spot! Haven’t had a good breakfast spot in Irvine in awhile and this place did not disappoint. We got the fried chicken and croffle which was juicy and well seasoned. The photo is exactly as advertised, great portion. The ube french toast was tasty as well, not overly sweet just wished the ube sauce flavor was a bit stronger. Overall would come back!

Best Match Drink!
We weee just walking by and saw this new place just opened up. Their matcha looked amazing just from the pictures haha so we had to go in. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make all their stuff in house like strawberry and the ube so I was excited to try it! I really wanted the double match, but the strawberry matcha looked amazing as well so I went with that. It was delicious and refreshing for this weather! Will definitely come back!!!
